2 1/2 cups emu egg
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon corn startch
1 Teaspoon cooking oil
Beat the ingredients together.
Pour in pie shell, bake at 350˚ for 30 to 35
minutes or until done.
May also be baked in microwave oven on power
level 4 for 16 minutes.
