Carol Gabany - Underwater themes
  These
three eggs are from prizewinning artist Carol Gabany. Dolphin Dance, to
the left, won the 2003 Carved Catagory in the Extravagant Emu Egg Contest hosted
by Emu's Zine. The two coys below show off her skill and light touch.
She is able to etch an emu eggshell down to the teal or even the white to frame
the dark coy. The Ostrich egg to the right is beautifully etched 'in the
round' for display in the center of a table. What a beautiful focal point!
