This carved and sculpted ostrich egg is Mary Chidester's salute to gargoyles.  As can be seen from the photos above, the detailing is exceptional.  This egg is currently in a private collection and not for sale.  However, you may contact the artist (evenings at 870-743-9062) to arrange for a similar egg to be carved for $350.00.
