Fae Glendine

This creation from artist Noreen Stewart is included in the Fantasy Eggs because her wings are made from eggshell.  Noreen tells us this design was adapted from a Linda Martin kit, but given her own special variation. Our little fairy is porcelain.  She is dressed in blue and has blonde hair.  The wings are cut goose shell.  Each section of wing is filled with organza and then braided with fine cord.  The small parts are filled with a bit of psychedelic paper and then braided.  The color is metallic blue with a light coating of glitter/Mod Podge mix.  The outside edges are braided as well.  The crown is a part from inside a silk flower, glittered and jeweled.  Her face was hand painted by the artist.  The bodice was painted to match the wings and skirt, then lightly glittered.  The skirt is organza petals with gold glitter pasted on the edges.  The base is done with sniglets and faux greenery.

Available as a custom order only, contact the artist for more information.
